Job Description
The Director of Learning and Development Tax at Aprio is responsible for developing strategic, high-impact learning solutions to enhance organizational performance and talent development, working collaboratively with leaders and leveraging data to meet the firm's growth and client service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Practice and function leaders to identify top learning and talent needs.
- Design and implement innovative, high-impact learning solutions to enhance business performance.
- Leverage data and build relationships across the organization to improve learning experiences.
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience working as a strategic partner collaborating with Practice and function leaders to identify top priority learning and talent needs across the organization.
- The candidate must be responsible for shaping innovative, high-impact learning solutions that drive business performance.
- The candidate must leverage data and strong relationships across the Aprio community to enhance learning experiences.
- The candidate must have the ability to serve as a strategic partner working collaboratively with Practice and function leaders.
- The candidate must have experience in enhancing internal and Alliance-member learning experiences.
- The candidate must be able to work with occasional in-person meetings and work travel as required for the role.
- The candidate must be able to report to the Director, Learning Operations.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
- The candidate must possess strong skills in developing high-impact learning solutions and leveraging data for decision-making.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills across diverse teams and communities.
- The candidate must have experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic organization, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm environment.
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- The candidate must be able to participate in occasional in-person meetings and work travel related to the role.
