Job Description
The Director of Learning and Development Assurance at Aprio is a strategic role responsible for identifying organizational learning needs, designing innovative solutions to enhance business performance, and improving internal and partner training experiences within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Practice and function leaders to identify top learning and talent needs
- Design and implement innovative, high-impact learning solutions to enhance business performance
- Leverage data and relationships to improve internal and Alliance-member learning experiences
Requirements
- Serve as a strategic partner working collaboratively with Practice and function leaders to identify top priority learning and talent needs across the organization.
- Shape innovative, high-impact solutions that drive business performance.
- Leverage data and strong relationships across the Aprio community to enhance learning experiences.
- Report to the Director, Learning Operations and play a pivotal role in enhancing both internal and Alliance-member learning experiences.
- Occasional in-person meetings and work travel are required for this role.
