Job Description
The Director of Cost Segregation is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and expanding the firm's cost segregation practice, leading a team of tax, engineering, and accounting professionals to deliver high-quality studies, drive business development, and ensure IRS compliance to maximize clients' tax benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the cost segregation practice within the firm.
- Lead a team of tax, engineering, and accounting professionals to deliver cost segregation studies.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders to maximize tax benefits through asset reclassification and accelerated depreciation strategies.
Requirements

- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations related to cost segregation and asset reclassification.
- Serve as the technical and strategic lead, providing expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders to maximize tax benefits through asset reclassification and accelerated depreciation strategies.
