Job Description
A Corporate Attorney responsible for advising clients on business transactions, including forming entities, corporate restructuring, drafting governance and transactional documents, and providing legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with forming business entities and advising on corporate structures and restructuring
- Draft corporate governance documents and transactional agreements such as partnership, operating, and shareholder agreements
- Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related matters
Requirements
- A highly skilled Corporate Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business transactions.
- Proven track record in assisting clients with forming business entities, advising on corporate structures and restructuring, drafting corporate governance documents, drafting transactional documents including partnership agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and providing legal counsel on M&A related matters.
