Job Description
A Corporate Attorney with at least five years of experience in business transactions, responsible for advising clients on corporate structures, drafting transactional documents, and providing legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions within a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with forming business entities and advise on corporate structures and restructuring
- Draft corporate governance documents, partnership agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements
- Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related matters
Requirements
- A highly skilled Corporate Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business transactions.
- Proven track record in assisting clients with forming business entities.
- Experience advising on corporate structures and restructuring.
- Experience drafting corporate governance documents.
- Experience drafting transactional documents including partnership agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
- Ability to provide legal counsel on M&A related matters.
