Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide advisory services
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Support business development efforts by contributing to client acquisition and retention strategies
Requirements
- Must be willing to work for a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm with a presence in the U.S. and the Philippines, and be part of a team of over 2,100 members speaking 60 languages across the globe.
- Must have the ability to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
- Must be able to participate in a comprehensive benefits program including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting on the first day of employment.
- Must be willing to contribute to a 401k plan with Profit Sharing.
- Must be able to take advantage of a flexible spending account and dependent care account.
- Must be able to observe 9 holidays and discretionary time off as per company policy.
- Must be willing to take parental leave coverage for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- Must participate in the Tuition Assistance Program and CPA support program with cash incentives upon completion.
- Must be able to receive discretionary incentive compensation based on firm, group, and individual performance.
- Must be eligible for incentive compensation related to the origination of new client sales.
