The internship involves providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients across various industries, working closely with professionals and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tax services for multiple clients across various industries
- Interact with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
- Collaborate with partners on developing and implementing innovative tax strategies
Requirements
- High-potential accounting students interested in Tax who are applying for the 2026 Spring Internship in the Denver, CO Office.
- Candidates must want to continue Aprio's standard of excellence and be willing to dive straight into hands-on accounting projects.
- Candidates must be enrolled in an academic program related to accounting or a similar field.
- Candidates must be available to participate in the internship program from January to April 2026.
- Ability to work with small, medium, and large clients and benefit from a diverse client base.
- Ability to interact closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
- Ability to work closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategies.
- Willingness to work with and form relationships with middle to large-sized tax clients.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with diverse and energetic teams.
- Willingness to participate in a group project involving volunteering and social impact as part of the internship.
- Ability to participate in networking events and activities to meet other employees and partners within the company.
