Job Description
The partner manager role involves building and maintaining relationships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri's technology, support partner development, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri solutions.
- Create account plans to align partner solutions with customer opportunities.
- Assist partners in aligning their development, marketing, and sales strategies with Esri's goals.
- Prospect and implement location strategies with partner organizations to drive business growth.
- Provide on-site support at events for partner training and technology updates.
- Articulate the value of Esri technology to partner organizations in public and private sectors.
- Support potential partners by addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate resources.
- Execute account management and sales processes for partner opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience supporting a business partner network and or systems integrators.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and business assessment as it relates to partners.
- Experience in channel management and or business partner development and ability to develop industry channel strategy.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
- Ability to support and understand Esri technology in support of partner campaigns across the lifecycle planning, targeting, analysis, and communications.
- Ability to execute the account management and sales processes for all partner opportunities.
