Job Description
A Field Technician in Robotics at ANYbotics is responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying mobile robots at customer sites worldwide, providing operator training, and ensuring successful and reliable robot operations in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure ANYmal robots at customer sites
- Provide operators with training on robot operation
- Expand robot usage by adding inspection missions and points of interest
- Ensure proper setup and reliable deployment of robots
- Travel frequently to customer sites for deployment and support
- Work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure high-quality installations
- Feed back observations to improve processes and technology
Requirements
- The candidate must have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- The candidate should ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocating to Barcelona.
- The candidate must be able to travel frequently to customer sites around the globe and regularly travel to the company's headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, for training and team exchange.
- The candidate must have the ability to install and configure ANYmal robots at customer sites.
- The candidate must be capable of providing operators with straightforward training on the robots.
- The candidate must be able to expand robot usage by adding inspection missions and points of interest.
- The candidate must focus on the practical execution of deployments, ensuring robots are set up correctly and operators are confident in using them.
- The candidate must work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure reliable, high-quality installations.
- The candidate must have the ability to support real-world installations and provide feedback to help improve processes and technology.
- The candidate must be committed to continuous growth of technical and field skills related to robotics and deployment.
- The candidate must have the physical ability to perform hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of robots at various customer sites.
