Job Description
A Senior Software Engineer in Test at ANYbotics is responsible for enhancing test infrastructure and ensuring high quality standards for autonomous robotic solutions, enabling efficient testing across the development team and improving the reliability of their robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related roles with a focus on automation and infrastructure development.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for test automation and infrastructure, such as Python, C++, or similar.
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and evolving test infrastructure and frameworks for autonomous robotic solutions.
- Ability to enable software engineers across teams to effectively test their own contributions through the development of testing tools and processes.
- Experience supporting and advocating for short feedback cycles and shifting testing left in the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to collaborate with test engineers and internal stakeholders to drive the internal adoption of testing products and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards.
- Understanding of robotic control systems, web services, or cloud-based platforms relevant to autonomous robotic solutions is preferred.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated but implied).
