Job Description

The role involves leading the development of real-time data workflows and event-driven personalization platforms, collaborating with engineering and customer teams to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that enhance customer experiences through advanced data processing and API systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of real-time workflows, including event ingestion, processing, API lookups, and data validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and field teams to ensure platform scalability, durability, and enterprise readiness.
  • Work directly with brands to understand customer signal capture and routing within modern data ecosystems.
  • Design product experiences for technical audiences that address fragmented, multi-channel data environments.
  • Develop and optimize high-throughput, low-latency event pipelines and data aggregation functionalities for large-scale workloads.
  • Conduct customer discovery and research to inform product requirements, experience narratives, and strategic direction.
  • Identify new market opportunities through exploration of real-time use cases, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
  • Build solutions supporting real-time website and mobile personalization, large-scale data processing, and cross-timeframe decisioning.

Requirements

  • 8 years of product management experience, including 3 to 5 years building data products or tools
  • Familiarity with one or more event streaming technologies and or distributed systems concepts, with the ability to quickly understand tradeoffs and customer impact of these technologies
  • Experience working with event instrumentation teams or analytics engineers
  • Meaningful experience overseeing or contributing to public or partner-facing APIs
  • Experience working with Product Design to define conceptual models, workflows, and intuitive user experiences for technically complex systems
  • Ability to translate customer needs and market signals into product strategy decisions
  • Comfort engaging with engineering, solution architects, customer success, field leaders, and executives at enterprise brands
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, distilling complexity, shaping product narratives, supporting release readiness, and contributing to go-to-market strategies

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $170,000 - $230,000 with cash incentives and stock options
Work schedule: Hybrid work model with three days in the office each week
