The AI Program Manager at LevelTen Energy is responsible for championing, implementing, and training teams on AI tools and strategies across the organization to enhance efficiency, innovation, and security in support of the company's mission to accelerate the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
Champion and promote AI adoption across the organization through presentations, demos, and communications
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to ensure effective use of AI tools by employees
Collaborate with department leaders to identify workflows where AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or foster innovation
Partner with IT and InfoSec teams to evaluate, vet, and securely deploy AI platforms, ensuring compliance with security standards
Manage the internal AI adoption roadmap, track deployment progress, measure usage, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Research emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices to recommend new solutions aligned with business goals
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in program management, change management, technical training, or a related field.
Deep, current knowledge of the generative AI landscape, including tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Copilot, and a genuine enthusiasm for how these tools are transforming the modern workplace.
Stellar presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging language for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in program or project management, including building roadmaps, managing timelines, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
Experience collaborating with IT or Information Security (InfoSec) teams, understanding the importance of data privacy, enterprise security, and risks associated with shadow IT.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage change, approach training with patience and empathy, and handle organizational change effectively.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
