Job Description

The role involves leading the development and articulation of Amperity’s AI product strategy, focusing on predictive modeling, large language models, and automation to enhance customer data platforms and enterprise personalization. The position requires shaping AI principles, collaborating across teams, and influencing market perception to drive innovative AI-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop the multi-year AI product strategy to differentiate the platform.
  • Establish and promote AI principles, responsible AI criteria, and product philosophy across the company.
  • Drive long-term planning, portfolio prioritization, and investment decisions for AI and ML products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle for AI-powered capabilities, from ideation to continuous improvement.
  • Lead the integration of LLMs, predictive models, personalization engines, and automation into core workflows.
  • Translate complex ML capabilities into user-friendly experiences to promote adoption.
  • Ensure AI features balance performance, explainability, safety, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable AI products.
  • Influence stakeholders and represent the AI strategy externally through talks, publications, and partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with research, enterprise, and ecosystem partners to enhance AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in product management, AI ML platforms, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS with deep experience leading AI-centric product lines.
  • Proven track record driving product strategy for large, data-intensive, or AI-driven products with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical fluency with ML concepts able to partner deeply with engineering teams on topics such as entity resolution, probabilistic modeling, LLMs and RAG systems, predictive modeling and personalization, data governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and achieve measurable business outcomes, with experience in revenue-linked KPIs.
  • Significant experience operating cross-functionally in complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in MarTech, AdTech, or customer data platforms.
  • Prior experience scaling AI features within cloud or data-intensive environments such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
