Job Description
The Talent Management Lead at Aurora is responsible for designing and implementing talent development, succession planning, and performance management programs to support organizational growth and employee development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve Talent Review, Succession Planning, and career development frameworks.
- Oversee deployment of leadership training, mentorship, and targeted development programs to address skill gaps.
- Manage the end-to-end Performance Review cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, and evaluations.
- Educate managers and employees on performance management best practices and coaching techniques.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.
- Proven experience partnering directly with C-suite executives within a rapidly scaling organization.
- Highly proficient in using Workday and other HR systems tools to extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in running large-scale, complex HR programs such as annual performance cycles, talent review, and succession planning.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. approximately 10% of the time.
- Must work in-office at least 3 days per week, specifically on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, at the designated office locations (Mountain View, CA; San Francisco, CA; Pittsburgh, PA; or Seattle, WA).

Base salary range: 162k - 261k per year
