Job Description

A Sales Support Specialist role focused on assisting prospective and existing customers throughout their journey with Amber, providing first contact support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience to support the company's renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers
Triage inbound customer inquiries and resolve customer needs
Connect customers with the appropriate teams within the organization
Improve internal workflows to enhance customer experience
Ensure seamless handling of customer interactions across various channels

Requirements

Possess full working rights and be already based in Australia, preferably Melbourne, with the ability to work full-time from this location or remotely within Australia.
Excellent communication skills to act as a key first point of contact, helping triage inbound enquiries, resolve customer needs, and handle interactions seamlessly for both prospective and existing customers.
Ability to connect customers with the appropriate teams, improve internal workflows, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Experience supporting customer journeys in a sales or support environment, with the ability to support both new leads and existing members.
Strong organizational skills to support a small, high-impact team and manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including an initial screening interview with a Sales Lead, a culture interview with the Sales Team, and a final interview with one or two members of the Executive Leadership team.
Ability to work flexibly between office and home, with an understanding of the work environment in Melbourne CBD, Sydney co-working spaces, or remote locations across Australia.
