Job Description
A casual Sales Specialist role focused on educating and guiding prospective customers in Melbourne about energy-efficient heat pumps and air conditioners under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program, helping to promote renewable energy solutions and reduce emissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate prospective customers on the benefits of energy-efficient heat pumps and air conditioners.
- Help customers understand how these products reduce energy bills and emissions.
- Guide customers through the installation process of heat pumps and air conditioners.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a small team and communicate effectively with prospective customers about the benefits of upgrading to energy-efficient heat pumps and air conditioners through the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
- Experience or ability to educate customers on how heat pumps and air conditioners reduce energy bills and emissions.
- Ability to guide customers through the installation process of heat pumps and air conditioners.
- Availability to work in a casual role paid at 38 per hour with flexible shifts available.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia, and have full working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including a phone screening interview with the Sales Lead, a virtual interview with the Sales Lead and Sales Specialist, and an in-person interview with the Sales Lead and General Manager.
