Job Description
The IT Operations Administrator will support and enhance the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring staff productivity and security, while implementing strategic projects to scale IT tools, technology, and processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

- Enable and unblock colleagues to ensure productivity and support in their work
- Implement strategic projects to scale and improve IT tools, technology, and processes
- Maintain staff security and support through IT systems and infrastructure
Requirements
- Join Amber s IT Operations team, sitting at the intersection of our People Operations and Product Technology teams, ensuring staff are productive, secure, and supported in doing their best work.
- Split your time between enabling and unblocking colleagues to do their best work, and implementing strategic projects to help IT scale and work effectively.
- Help scale up the tools, technology, and processes that enable staff to work efficiently.
- This is a full-time role to be based from Melbourne, with flexibility to work between the office and home.
- Possess full working rights in Australia and be currently based in Australia, preferably Melbourne.
- Salary range between 90,000 and 115,000 AUD per annum, excluding superannuation, with employee stock options included.
- Experience in IT operations, supporting staff productivity, security, and technology infrastructure.
- Ability to implement strategic IT projects to support scaling and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of enabling colleagues through technology and process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining IT systems, tools, and processes at an organizational level.
