  • Experience developing mobile web applications for customers to monitor and manage their energy usage.
  • Experience developing and supporting a pricing and billing engine for real-time energy pricing.
  • Proficiency with the tech stack including React Native for mobile app development, React for web frontends, and a Serverless Lambda backend on AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of Typescript for full-stack development.
  • Experience working with Apollo GraphQL in the middle layer of the application architecture.
  • Experience working with data storage solutions such as DynamoDB and Postgres, and the ability to select the appropriate database for specific workloads.
  • Ability to work remotely within the UK, Ireland, or Germany with full working rights.
  • Availability to participate in core collaboration hours from 7am to 12pm Tuesdays and Thursdays London time, and to effectively manage time outside these hours.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with people as well as writing code.
  • Willingness to travel to London for the first week of onboarding and approximately every 2 months thereafter for team collaboration sessions.
  • Ability to work in a high-trust, transparent, and accountable remote environment, focusing on outcomes and impact rather than hours logged.
