Job Description

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and operational facilitator for Amber's leadership team, helping to improve organizational rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and improve the operational rhythm and cross-functional decision-making processes for the leadership team.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives, supporting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
Manage meeting cadences, follow-ups, and communication flow to ensure important initiatives are prioritized and executed.

Requirements

Experience partnering with executives, working in high pressure environments, and delivering operational excellence, as demonstrated in a cover letter.
Full working rights in Australia, preferably based in Melbourne, with the ability to work from a flexible arrangement between home and office.
Willingness to be based in Melbourne, Australia, with consideration for candidates interested in relocating to Europe (ideally London, UK) within 12 months, including spending 6 months in Melbourne prior to relocation.
Ability to operate in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility to work remotely or in an office environment.
Experience in managing cross-functional decisions, strategic priorities, and meeting cadences to improve organizational rhythm and coordination.
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and facilitate alignment among leadership teams, ensuring important initiatives are prioritized and not lost in the noise.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational structure and operational processes to support scaling growth.
Experience working in or with technology, energy, or related industries is desirable but not explicitly mandatory.
Willingness to participate in a rigorous interview process, including screening calls, high-level fit discussions, take-home case studies, and multiple interviews with leadership and co-CEOs.
