Job Description

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and operational facilitator for Amber's leadership team, helping to improve organizational rhythm, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and improve the operational rhythm and cross-functional decision-making processes for the leadership team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, supporting strategic priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Manage meeting cadences, follow-ups, and communication flow to ensure important initiatives are prioritized and executed.

Requirements

  • Experience partnering with executives, working in high pressure environments, and delivering operational excellence, as demonstrated in a cover letter.
  • Full working rights in Australia, preferably based in Melbourne, with the ability to work from a flexible arrangement between home and office.
  • Willingness to be based in Melbourne, Australia, with consideration for candidates interested in relocating to Europe (ideally London, UK) within 12 months, including spending 6 months in Melbourne prior to relocation.
  • Ability to operate in a full-time capacity, with the flexibility to work remotely or in an office environment.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional decisions, strategic priorities, and meeting cadences to improve organizational rhythm and coordination.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and facilitate alignment among leadership teams, ensuring important initiatives are prioritized and not lost in the noise.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational structure and operational processes to support scaling growth.
  • Experience working in or with technology, energy, or related industries is desirable but not explicitly mandatory.
  • Willingness to participate in a rigorous interview process, including screening calls, high-level fit discussions, take-home case studies, and multiple interviews with leadership and co-CEOs.

Salary range between 170k and 200k base per annum excluding superannuation
