A Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions, sourcing and onboarding top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions and functions.
Source potential candidates through various platforms and personalized outreach.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Coordinate onboarding of new hires in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
Leverage data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve effectiveness.
Requirements
Three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
Proven experience recruiting in a corporate environment across multiple regions.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing strategies, and pipeline development.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
Relentless drive to reach goals and a high work ethic.
Ability to build talent pipelines and a passion for finding the perfect candidate for the roles.
Excellent communication skills with strong English speaking skills.
Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively as part of a global People team.
Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Experience with Deel platform is a plus.
