Job Description
A Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions, sourcing and onboarding top talent, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions and functions.
- Source potential candidates through various platforms and personalized outreach.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Leverage data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve effectiveness.
Requirements
- Three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience recruiting in a corporate environment across multiple regions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing strategies, and pipeline development.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Relentless drive to reach goals and a high work ethic.
- Ability to build talent pipelines and a passion for finding the perfect candidate for the roles.
- Excellent communication skills with strong English speaking skills.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively as part of a global People team.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Experience with Deel platform is a plus.
