Job Description
The Call Center Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the Collections department, supporting agent development through interactive sessions and coaching, and ensuring training aligns with business needs to improve performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and facilitate training for the Collections department in person and via Zoom
- Create and update training materials
- Lead interactive learning sessions
- Provide one-on-one coaching to support agent development
- Partner with operations leaders to align training with business needs and address skill gaps
- Monitor performance, track progress, and deliver feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Keep agents motivated and engaged throughout the learning process
Requirements

Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of MXN 350,000 - 450,000 annually
