Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for outbound marketing and event programs to drive pipeline creation across market segments.
Oversee the execution of GTM strategies in EMEA for full-funnel demand programs including email, events, webinars, gifting, and advocacy.
Manage opportunity and pipeline metrics, ensuring accurate attribution and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making.
Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Sales Development, and Marketing to align on opportunity and pipeline targets.
Manage and steward the annual marketing budget, ensuring resource efficiency and ROI visibility.
Lead and mentor a global marketing and event team to enable high-impact execution and growth.
Own the strategy and playbook for leveraging technology to increase efficiency, accelerate workflows, and improve campaign performance.
Partner with sales leadership and SDRs to refine outbound messaging, targeting, and tactics for qualified buyer engagement.
Requirements
10 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5 years focused on outbound programs and events.
5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success building and scaling outbound events programs that translate to revenue.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of building strong partnerships with Sales and Sales Development.
Skilled at distilling complex performance data into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
Capable copywriter and editor with exceptional attention to detail.
Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying AI tools and sales technologies such as prospecting automation, intent platforms, and ABM tools to drive efficiency and scale.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sendoso, Wrike, FullCircle, and ABM intent platforms (preferred).
Ability to provide strategic leadership for outbound marketing and event programs across new business segments, including outbound campaigns, gifting, associations, dinners, trade shows, virtual events, and roundtables.
Experience overseeing GTM strategy execution in EMEA for full-funnel demand programs including email, events, webinars, gifting, associations, and advocacy.
Accountability for opportunity and pipeline metrics across all new business segments, ensuring accurate attribution and consistent reporting to inform strategy, planning, and executive decision-making.
Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with Sales leadership, Sales Development, and Marketing to align around opportunity and pipeline creation targets.
Experience managing and stewarding an annual budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and clear ROI visibility.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a global team across segment marketing and event functions, enabling high-impact execution and growth.
Experience owning the strategy and playbook for leveraging technology stacks to increase efficiency, accelerate outbound workflows, and improve ABM campaign performance.
Familiarity with the use of AI tools and sales technologies to enhance outbound marketing efforts.
