The Sales Enablement Manager at AlertMedia is responsible for developing and executing sales training programs, coaching sales teams, and providing data-driven insights to support revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise segments in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and measure sales enablement programs and initiatives supporting all stages of the sales process.
Build, design, and manage blended learning and certification programs for sales teams.
Coach and facilitate sales reps in skills development, messaging, systems technology, and product expertise.
Provide sales leaders with actionable data, metrics, and insights to inform revenue decisions.
Create and maintain training content, assets, and artifacts for sales enablement.
Identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives for sales segments.
Manage change initiatives across sales segments, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking.
Support the development and execution of sales meetings and kickoff events.
Promote a coaching culture to improve sales skills, storytelling, and sales process efficiency.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree and or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of complex sales experience
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or similar roles
Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) preferred
Experience with sales methodologies, such as MEDDPIC, preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel from concept to completion
Ability to plan and facilitate meetings and events
Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
Fluent in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
