Job Description

A Customer Advocacy Intern at AlertMedia supports strategic initiatives to showcase customer success stories, manages customer quotes and logos, assists with virtual events, and helps improve review management processes to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain customer logos and quotes across marketing channels, ensuring brand and legal compliance
  • Research and recommend vendors for virtual events and support event logistics
  • Draft responses to customer reviews on third-party platforms and manage review-based awards
  • Support advocacy initiatives, content audits, and tracking customer participation
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to showcase customer success and engagement

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar field
  • Detail oriented, with a strong commitment to excellent, mistake-free work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or willingness to learn, e.g., Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Highly organized project manager, adept at prioritizing and managing competing deadlines
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
