Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
  • Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and property specifics

Requirements

  • Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
  • Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
  • This position is a full-time, W-2, full-commission role with no cap on earning potential.
  • Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
  • Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to be eligible for an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
  • Must have the ability to work in customers' homes and engage with clients directly.
  • Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, serving residential customers in these regions.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and advise customers.
