Job Description
The New Product Introduction Lead is responsible for transitioning renewable energy technology from development to commercial production, acting as a key link between engineering and manufacturing to ensure scalable and reliable production at a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the transition of modular renewable energy technology from development to commercial deployment
- Coordinate between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and reliable production at scale
- Shape manufacturing strategy and optimize production processes for new products
Requirements
- Experience in driving the transition of modular renewable energy technology from development to commercial deployment.
- Ability to serve as the critical bridge between engineering teams and manufacturing operations to ensure innovative designs can be efficiently and reliably produced at scale.
- Significant input in shaping manufacturing strategy and production processes as an early team member at a fast-growing startup.
- Relocation to Austin, TX is required, with the willingness to accept relocation assistance provided by the company.
