Job Description

The role involves leading cross-team technical programs to support and optimize SaaS partner integrations, ensuring reliable operation at scale, and driving operational and strategic alignment across engineering, product, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-team engineering programs to deliver partner-facing capabilities and operational improvements
  • Translate partner requirements into technical plans and ensure alignment across teams
  • Define monitoring, alerting, and operational metrics for partner health and success
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve shared partner outcomes and manage dependencies
  • Ensure technical feasibility and alignment of system interactions, APIs, and architecture
  • Manage incident communication, escalation workflows, and operational readiness
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks for onboarding and supporting SaaS partners
  • Drive program execution, risk management, and progress tracking across engineering, product, and operations

Requirements

  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles working on complex distributed systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience with a strong technical background in software development or engineering.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-team programs with evolving requirements.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, event flows, data models, and system interactions.
  • Strong communication, planning, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment and clarity across engineering, product, operations, and support teams.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25%.
