The HR Operations Intern will support HR processes through data entry, documentation management, and process compliance activities, gaining hands-on experience in HR systems and operations within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems such as Workday or equivalent HRIS.
Create, maintain, and organize HR documentation and records.
Support process compliance by following procedures and flagging discrepancies.
Respond to or route basic HR Operations inquiries according to the team’s service model.
Conduct audits of employee records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support ad hoc HR Operations projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
