Job Description
The HR Operations Intern will support HR processes through data entry, documentation management, and process compliance activities, gaining hands-on experience in HR systems and operations within a structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems such as Workday or equivalent HRIS.
- Create, maintain, and organize HR documentation and records.
- Support process compliance by following procedures and flagging discrepancies.
- Respond to or route basic HR Operations inquiries according to the team’s service model.
- Conduct audits of employee records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support ad hoc HR Operations projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
