Job Description
The role involves leading cross-team technical programs to support and optimize SaaS partner integrations, ensuring operational reliability, technical alignment, and scalable delivery of partner-facing capabilities within a cloud-based platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-team engineering programs to deliver partner-facing capabilities and operational improvements
- Translate partner requirements into technical plans and coordinate dependencies across teams
- Define requirements for monitoring, alerting, and operational insights for partner health
- Align engineering, product, QA, support, and operations teams around shared partner outcomes
- Manage program execution, including planning, risk management, and milestone tracking
- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment of system interactions, APIs, and architecture
- Coordinate incident communication and escalation workflows
- Develop and implement operational metrics and success indicators beyond SLAs
- Contribute to establishing scalable partner delivery models and onboarding frameworks
Requirements
- Typically 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or engineering roles working on complex distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead multi-team programs with evolving requirements.
- Strong understanding of APIs, event flows, data models, and system interactions.
- Strong communication, planning, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Ability to drive alignment and clarity across engineering, product, operations, and support teams.
- Willingness to travel 20-25%.
- Experience working with SaaS partners, enterprise integrations, IoT systems, or large-scale distributed platforms (preferred).
- Experience with observability, operational readiness, and incident management practices (preferred).
- Experience helping shape new processes or operating models in a growing organization (preferred).
- Experience making priority and sequencing decisions under time constraints while safeguarding long-term architecture integrity (preferred).
