Job Description
The Channel Business Manager is responsible for promoting and selling cloud-based video management solutions to regional channel partners in the Nordics, managing sales efforts, building relationships, and supporting partner development to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective territory management
- Build and maintain relationships with regional accounts, dealers, and distribution partners
- Manage sales efforts including goal setting, training, joint sales calls, and regional development of key partners
- Prepare for and attend regional and national trade shows and market events
- Develop sales strategies, set appointments, and create management reports
- Resolve customer issues professionally with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in a technology discipline
- 3 years Business to Business sales experience
- Strong territory management skills
- Ability to travel overnight 70-85% of the time including some weekends
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM software
- Demonstrate a team-oriented mind set
- Possess corporate level presentation reporting abilities
- Technical aptitude
- Account development skills
