Job Description
A Recruiting Coordinator supporting high-volume hiring processes by managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruiting operations for a global organization. The role involves coordinating multiple concurrent searches, maintaining candidate engagement, and optimizing scheduling workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview logistics for multiple concurrent searches across timezones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate communications and engagement, including updates and preparation materials
- Manage ATS workflows such as interview plans, scorecards, and candidate updates
- Support the execution of offer letters and preboarding logistics
- Drive recruiting operations projects to optimize scheduling and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting coordination experience, including high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Prior experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Experience supporting global interview coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Calendly or AI-enabled scheduling solutions is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with a strong bias for action.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, solution-oriented thinking, and professional handling of confidential information.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $29 per hour
Work schedule: Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
