Job Description
The role involves working directly with social entrepreneurs to support their enterprise growth through program management, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement, with a focus on driving social impact and sustainability in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support social entrepreneurs in strengthening and scaling their enterprises
- Understand entrepreneurs' needs, challenges, and growth goals to provide tailored programmatic support
- Connect entrepreneurs to relevant tools, resources, expertise, and networks
- Track enterprise progress against milestones, outcomes, and impact indicators
- Document challenges, pivots, and successes to illustrate enterprise growth and program effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive annual donor reports, synthesizing enterprise progress and impact outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, stories, and evidence for reporting
- Contribute to development of case studies, insights notes, and learning outputs
- Plan and execute stakeholder conferences to socialize reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in development consulting, management operations consulting, client management, and project management.
- Experience of working with C Suite executives in the development and execution of key initiatives is preferred.
- Require excellent financial, modeling, and business analysis skills demonstrated by prior experience.
- Require operational skills such as problem solving and project management, including ability to work and deliver projects independently, proactively, and under pressure.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institute in Engineering, Economics, Management, Business, or Commerce is required.
- Masters degree in a relevant field is preferable.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in India.
