Job Description
The Communications Senior Associate supports the CEO's digital presence by managing social media content, coordinating communications projects, and producing multimedia content, while contributing to overall branding and storytelling efforts within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation, and execution of CEO communications such as speeches, posts, media prep, and narrative development
- Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
- Coordinate, prepare, and follow up on communications projects and conduct research and administrative tasks related to communications
- Brief teams on content capture and creation, and cover live events and trips as needed
- Partner with the story studio team to produce multimedia content for CEO channels
- Analyze channel performance and audience insights to recommend strategies for growth and engagement
- Organize internal media assets such as photo and video libraries
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience contributing to social media, communications, or content work
- Experience with creating and editing basic video and visual content, with familiarity using tools like Canva being a plus
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with attention to tone and detail
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions
- Ability to handle confidential matters and information with discretion
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or willing to relocate to New York for this role
- Based in New York or willing to relocate to New York for this role
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $65,000 to $74,000 plus a performance-based bonus
Hybrid work schedule with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
