Job Description
The Test Engineer will be responsible for testing embedded products, requiring expertise in STLC, microcontrollers, and microprocessors, along with hands-on experience in test automation and Python scripting. The role also demands knowledge of analog and digital hardware, as well as familiarity with Linux-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing on embedded products
- Utilize STLC in testing processes
- Implement test automation and Python scripting
- Apply knowledge of microcontrollers and microprocessors
- Understand and work with analog and digital hardware
- Use Linux-based tools for testing
- Perform testing exposure to STB
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication (E C) or Electrical Engineering (E E)
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in testing
- Hands-on experience with embedded products
- Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), microcontroller, and microprocessor
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation and Python Scripting on embedded platforms
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital hardware, C programming, and assembly language
- Good computer skills along with an understanding of basic hardware
