Job Description
The role involves being a Sales Hunter at Pure Storage in Bangalore, India, focusing on developing new business and managing relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners to promote all-flash storage technology and exceed sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans for new customers
- Drive sales activities to meet and exceed quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners
- Develop and implement account strategies to close deals
- Surpass sales quotas and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present proposals highlighting the benefits of Pure Storage
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of field sales experience.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts covering the India South market.
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
- Advanced skills in engaging new customers.
- A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Ability to be present in the office for 4 days a week.
