Job Description
This position involves providing technical support to end users, managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and coordinating employee equipment setup, all under the guidance of the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Helpdesk tickets and escalate as necessary
- Manage end user expectations for issue resolution
- Provide end user support for Windows and Microsoft Office
- Prepare and coordinate employee equipment setup
- Identify and schedule upgrades or replacements for equipment
- Participate in testing and evaluation of hardware and software
- Adapt existing hardware and software to meet specific needs
- Maintain peripherals such as printers
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in Information Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of MS Windows desktop and Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong communication skills and innovative thinking is essential.
- Ability to work with the IT team to provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolutions in a user-friendly professional manner.
- All employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
