Job Description

The Senior Analyst Associate, Strategy is responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform enterprise-level decision-making, providing strategic recommendations based on business performance data, and supporting corporate development and organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for enterprise-level decision-making.
  • Gather, organize, interpret, and report large amounts of business performance data.
  • Make strategic and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Support analysis and development of organic growth areas.
  • Conduct research and analysis for potential partnership, investment, or acquisition opportunities.
  • Provide thought partnership and best practices for operational changes.
  • Develop financial analysis and discussion materials for continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead key initiatives through project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analyze business issues, root causes, and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another technically focused discipline or related program required
  • 2 years in Strategy Management consulting, investment banking corporate finance, or capital markets experience
  • Strong comprehension of business concepts and tools (financial statements, break-even, cost benchmarking, pricing, sensitivity analysis, NPV, ROI, etc.)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
  • Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues and opportunities
  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations for senior organizational leaders
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to uphold standards of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office, with expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Some coding experience (e.g., SQL, VBA, R, Python) preferred
  • Some experience in leveraging Gen-AI LLMs applied to business problems preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Policy, or another applicable field for Associate role (for Associate applicants)
  • 2 additional years in strategy management consulting, investment banking corporate finance, or capital markets experience (for Associate applicants)

Compensation/salary range: $90,000 - $140,000 USD
Hybrid work schedule with office-based employees working together from Tuesdays to Thursdays
