Job Description
The Technical Project Manager Intern will act as a liaison between Lab and Engineering Managers on lab-related projects, focusing on new product introduction, sustaining efforts, and efficiency improvements, while enhancing technical skills and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Lab and Engineering Managers on lab-related projects.
- Understand requirements to break down tasks and dependencies.
- Document and communicate information with TPMs and Engineering Managers.
- Assist System Software Managers with hardware deployment planning.
- Create spreadsheets for system configuration plans.
- Update necessary parties to ensure alignment between Engineering teams and lab datacenter.
- Track progress against established plans.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's program in Computer Science or an MBA in a related field with an expected graduation date in or after December 2025.
- Experience with project management tools such as Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, or RAS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Initiative to meet deadlines and deliver high quality results without supervision.
- Able to work 12 consecutive weeks full-time during Summer 2025.
- Must be willing and able to work in-person in an open office, team environment based in Santa Clara.

Monthly base salary range of 8,500 - 10,000
