Job Description
The Systems Engineering Manager at Natron Energy will lead the development of Battery Packs for Data Center UPS and other applications, focusing on product definition, stakeholder needs, system architecture, and product requirements while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Battery Packs for Data Center UPS and other applications
- Define product requirements and establish system behaviors and architecture
- Work cross-functionally to establish stakeholder needs
- Partner with Reliability and Test to map requirements onto verification and validation
- Collaborate with Quality on documentation and process
- Align with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for successful design
- Develop team capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Lead the development of Battery Packs for Data Center UPS and other applications.
- Responsible for product definition, working cross-functionally to establish stakeholder needs, establishing system behaviors and architecture, and ultimately defining the product requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Play a lead role in the development of team capabilities.
- Partner closely with Reliability and Test in the mapping requirements onto verification and validation.
- Collaborate with Quality on documentation and process.
- Be closely aligned with Product Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure a successful design.
