Job Description
The role involves engaging with small to medium-sized customers to sell Internet of Things solutions, focusing on building relationships and generating sales through strategic prospecting and qualification. Candidates will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, while contributing to the company's mission of improving operational efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- •Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
- •Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- •Target accounts with 11-30 vehicles.
- •Handle and own transactional sales process with high volume demands.
- •Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles.
Requirements
- •1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
- •Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
- •Experience selling in the commercial space - small to medium deal sizes.
- •Experience with high-volume cold calling.
- •Experience in fast-paced, transactional sales.
- •Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process.
- •Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce).
