Job Description
The Account Development Representative (ADR) at Samsara is responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound outreach, including phone calls and emails, while being trained for future roles in sales. This remote position focuses on building relationships with prospective customers across EMEA and requires strong communication skills and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source pipelines for EMEA business through outbound outreach
- Drive pipeline through personalized outreach via phone, emails, and LinkedIn
- Participate in trade shows and events to represent the Samsara brand
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions with accounts in Salesforce.com
- Become a product expert and learn the Samsara selling methodology
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements
- 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in customer facing roles
- 6-12 months sales experience as a minimum
- Highly motivated and committed, with strong desire to work in target driven sales
- Proven track record of consistent over achievement of targets expectations of previous roles
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Curious and able to ask insightful questions
- A champion of a Growth Mindset
- Highly proficient in English and fluent in Dutch
- Ability to work during CEST hours
- Must be based in The Netherlands, France, Germany, or United Kingdom
