Job Description
The Talent Development Training Coordinator is responsible for managing and delivering employee training programs, creating training content, and tracking progress to support professional development across the organization in a global setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, communication, and planning
- Oversee delivery of training to ensure it is engaging
- Track, monitor, and document employee training progress and completion in the LMS
- Design, develop, and update training materials for various delivery methods
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment in initiatives and processes
Requirements
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience and comfort in public speaking.
- Demonstrate strong computer and technological skills, with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously across multiple time zones and countries.
- Maintain a polished, professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with all levels of staff and management.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Workforce Development, Learning Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or have at least three (3) years of total professional experience if non-degreed.
- Have related work experience of at least two (2) years in a similar capacity.
- Manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, communication, and planning.
- Oversee delivery of training to ensure it is an engaging experience.
- Track, monitor, and document employee training progress and completion in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and measure program effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and update high-quality, impactful training materials for various delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and e-learning.
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, communication, and planning.
- Travel minimally, approximately 5-10% of the time.
