Job Description
A Proposal Engineer responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals, supporting site surveys, and collaborating with engineering teams and contractors on fired equipment installation projects within the oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors. The role combines office-based engineering with field assessments in a global, safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installation projects.
- Support site surveys across the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and local contractors to define detailed scopes of work.

- Proven experience in developing high quality technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installation projects.
- Support site surveys across the EMEA region, demonstrating the ability to perform field assessments.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and local contractors to define detailed scopes of work.
- Support a portfolio of fired equipment installation projects across the oil and gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role combining office-based engineering tasks with field-based assessments.
- Strong technical skills related to combustion, burners, incinerators, or environmental control systems, with experience in designing, engineering, or manufacturing these systems.
- Experience supporting projects in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, and power generation.
- Demonstrated ability to work on safety-critical projects within a global organization.
