Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Zeeco is responsible for driving sales and growth in the Southeast Asia region by promoting the company's reliable combustion and environmental solutions across various industries, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations and develop sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region.
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales management, specifically as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the industries Zeeco serves, including refining, production, LNG, petrochemical, power, steel, fertilizer, rubber chemical, pharmaceutical, and biogas industries.
- Must have proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners across the Southeast Asia region.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in Singapore or be able to relocate to Singapore.
- Must have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be committed to professional integrity and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Must be capable of understanding technical products and solutions related to combustion and environmental solutions.
