Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager at Zeeco is responsible for driving sales and growth in the Southeast Asia region by promoting the company's reliable combustion and environmental solutions across various industries, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales operations and develop sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- Possess experience in sales management, specifically as a Regional Sales Manager, with a proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Have a strong understanding of the industries Zeeco serves, including refining, production, LNG, petrochemical, power, Steel, fertilizer, rubber chemical, pharmaceutical, and biogas industries.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with industry clients and internal teams.
- Possess the ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to regional markets within Southeast Asia.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within relevant industrial sectors.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Be willing to work in Singapore and travel as required within the Southeast Asia region.
