Job Description

The Receptionist at Zeeco serves as the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, managing front desk operations, answering calls, greeting guests, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and Visitor Conference Center
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and update calendars
  • Enforce security procedures such as visitor sign-in and badge issuance
  • Perform clerical duties including email management, data entry, and supply ordering

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to greet visitors professionally and handle inquiries politely.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Experience performing clerical duties such as email management, data entry, using facilities ticket software, and ordering supplies.
