Job Description
The Project Engineer - Flares is responsible for supporting flare projects through engineering expertise, collaboration, and innovation within a people-centric environment that promotes growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop flare systems and components
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of flare projects
- Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting of flare systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in flare design and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the flare or related industry.
- Experience in managing and coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ability to develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents related to flare systems.
- Proficiency in using engineering software tools relevant to project design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations related to flare systems and process safety.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams.
- Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and oversee installation activities as required.
