The Project Engineer - Flares is responsible for supporting flare projects through engineering expertise, collaboration, and innovation within a people-centric environment that promotes growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop flare systems and components
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of flare projects
Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting of flare systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in flare design and implementation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the flare or related industry.
Experience in managing and coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion.
Ability to develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents related to flare systems.
Proficiency in using engineering software tools relevant to project design and analysis.
Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations related to flare systems and process safety.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams.
Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Physical ability to perform site inspections and oversee installation activities as required.
