Job Description
The Procurement Engineer Buyer for Power Burners is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement of control instrumentation and electrical equipment for international projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery through vendor management and coordination with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure Control Instrumentation and mechanical electrical equipment for international power burner projects
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
Requirements
- Possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Instrumentation, or a related field (preferred).
- Have 6 to 12 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
- Be responsible for end-to-end procurement of Control Instrumentation (C I) and associated mechanical electrical equipment for international power burner projects.
- Demonstrate strong techno-commercial acumen relevant to procurement activities.
- Have vendor management expertise to effectively manage supplier relationships.
- Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
