Job Description
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for assisting with the payroll process, including employee data management, payroll auditing, reporting, and providing customer service to employees within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the payroll process for US and Canadian employees
- Provide customer service to employees regarding payroll matters
- Audit US and Canadian payrolls for accuracy
- Backup processing of US and Canadian payrolls
- Enter and update employee changes in payroll profiles
- Post payroll reports and documentation for audits
Requirements
- Experience in payroll and timekeeping
- Payroll Experience with Timekeeping
- Excellent 10 Key Experience with debits and credits
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Experience in UltiPro is preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
