Job Description
The Commissioning Engineer PLC Automation is responsible for commissioning and troubleshooting PLC automation systems in advanced combustion and environmental solutions projects, supporting global engineering efforts and ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission and troubleshoot PLC automation systems for combustion and environmental solutions
- Develop and review control system documentation and engineering drawings
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of automation systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning PLC automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, configuration, and troubleshooting in industrial automation environments.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation related to PLC systems.
- Experience in commissioning and start-up of PLC-based control systems for combustion or environmental equipment.
- Ability to work on global engineering projects, demonstrating familiarity with international standards and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve automation system issues during commissioning.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, clients, and vendors during project execution.
